Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade, perishable bird seed products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our Vermont made products, and extreme care to ensure their safe arrival.  Sweet Tweets Boutique is however, not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.  If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@sweettweetsboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please include the following:

1.  Your order number

2.  A photo of the damaged product and packaging

Upon validation, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.  If the damage was caused by a shipping carrier, we will work with you to seek resolution.

Exceptions

We cannot offer replacements for products damaged by weather, wildlife (such as squirrels or bears), or incorrect installation/usage.
