Every feeder is custom made in my studio. Subtle differences in shape, size, and color are common when working in natural materials, are a part of the charm of a handcrafted product, and are not to be considered a defect, but rather what makes each piece artisanal.
All seed products are perishable, and intended to be used upon receipt. All pressed feeders are designed for moderate weather. In cases of heavy, prolonged rain/humidity, we recommend placing feeders under cover or bringing them indoors to prevent softening/molding.
